Our rates are clearly shown here and we will make sure customers are fully aware of our rates at the time they book their job.

Charges per hour with a one hour minimum charge and thereafter in 15 minute units. Some work can be carried out on estimate.
Our Rates: We charge a minimum of one hour on all jobs, thereafter work is charged in 15 minute increments (most other companies charge in half hours).
Rates exclude materials.
Estimates: Can be provided by Paul the engineer or an estimator before the work commences.
Fixed Prices: Can be given if requested either verbal or a written
Materials Supplied: will be charged at trade price plus 25% mark up.
Material Collection: Time for non stock items will be kept ot a minimum - any charge will be agreed with the customer in advance.
We Do Not Charge: For traveling, parking or extra for call out - we have no hidden charges.
